🥗 Tip of the Week: Easy Ways to Eat Less Processed Foods

Eating cleaner doesn’t have to mean a total diet overhaul. Small swaps can make a big difference in your energy and recovery. 💪 Here’s how to start:

🍞 Go for “one-ingredient” foods. If the label has just one item, such as like oats, rice, or almonds, it’s a great sign it’s minimally processed.

🥕 Add before you subtract. Instead of cutting out all your favorite snacks, try adding one fresh fruit or veggie to each meal. You’ll naturally crowd out the processed stuff.

🛒 Shop the perimeter. The outer aisles (produce, dairy, meat, bulk grains) are usually where the least-processed foods are located.

🥣 DIY when possible. Make your own energy bars, overnight oats, or trail mix — it’s easier than you think and way less processed than packaged versions.

Remember: it’s not about perfection, it’s about progress. Every small swap fuels stronger runs and better recovery. 🌟
